Registration
Participants must register in advance to request a spot on one of our adventures. However, reservations cannot be confirmed until payment is received in the Adventures Without Limits office.
Participants are asked to fill out a two-sided Registration Form in advance. All paperwork (the Registration Form, an Assumption of Risk and a Release of Liability) must be completed and on file with Adventures Without Limits prior to the beginning of any AWL trip.
Refunds
Full refunds are available to all paid participants in the event that a trip must be cancelled.
Full refunds of trip costs are available to participants who cancel at least three days ahead of time (for example, canceling by noon on Wednesday for a trip that begins on Saturday).
Participants who cancel before noon on the day before the trip can move their paid deposit to a future reservation (for example, canceling by noon on Friday for a trip that leaves on Saturday).
In order to cover trip costs, participants who cancel after noon on the day before the trip must pay the trip fee or deposit in full, although reallocating this amount for a future trip may be possible in the event of extreme circumstances.
