Sonya guiding kayakersVolunteers are a very important part of all aspects of Adventures Without Limits trips and operations. We appreciate their support and commitment immensely. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities with our nonprofit organization. These opportunities can provide you with great outdoor leadership and/or recreation administration experience. You will get to work with remarkable people in an incredible environment.

Trip Support and Clinic Support
Your responsibilities on day trips and during clinics will be to provide support and modifications for individuals who may need 1-1 assistance. You will also assist trip leaders with equipment, instruction and risk management. Most importantly you will help to create a fun and success-driven learning experience.More Info

Office Assistance
Working in an office can often be stressful and tedious. Not in our office. In this flexible and laid back environment your responsibilities could include, but are no limited to: assisting in data entry, creating informational flyers, writing press releases, answering phone calls, and assisting in participant registration.More Info

Special Projects
At Adventures Without Limits, we can always utilize creative, motivated individuals to help the Program Director and the Outreach & Development Director with grants, new programs, fundraisers and alternative marketing strategies. We are always open to new ideas and encourage volunteers who want to initiate a new program or marketing strategy. The possibilities are endless.More Info

Trip Leader and Trip Leader Assistant
SwimmersYou'll be co-running all aspects of our day and multiple day adventures. That means YOU will be IN CHARGE of safety, risk management, driving to and from the destination, supporting volunteers, preparing all equipment needed for the trip, teaching all aspects of our outdoor education curriculum, making sure all participants are performing up to their potential, and anything else involved in leading outdoor trips. A typical trip includes about eight participants of varying ability, an assistant trip leader and two to four volunteers.More Info
